Most moms I know are very focused on the well-being & happiness of their children but give little time or attention to their own needs- until they literally start to fall apart.
This isn’t to say your children’s needs take less precedence than yours. It’s to gently remind you that you also need the nurturing that you so lovingly dole out every day.
