Let me make one thing very clear here.  Your kids will probably NOT like this soup.  I urge you to go on ahead & make it anyway.

Why bother making something that they won’t also eat, you ask?

Because it’s packed with all sorts of nutrients your body will love.  Because it’s quick, efficient, & tasty.  Because you deserve it.

& this raw soup is the perfect complement to summer heat, offering a refreshing, cooling cleanse while hydrating you from the inside out.

When YOU have energy, everything else you do will be that much easier.  Especially being a happy, cool as cucumber mamma.

Raw Mamma Cool-Down Soup


1.5 cups almond milk

1/2 cup ground almonds

2 tsb. coconut oil

1 cup dill

1/2 cucumber

2 tsb. garlic

juice from 3 lemons or limes

1 cup h2O

1/2 avocado

dash of Florida Keys Sea Salt

Chop & garnish with:

1/2 cucumber

1/2 avocado

tsp. red onion

2 tbs. basil

hemp seeds

dollop of greek yogurt if dairy tolerant.


But we DO love picking the dill from our garden. It smells SO good! xo
